Tocvan Ventures Corp. is entering what could prove to be a decisive phase at its Gran Pilar Gold-Silver Project in the Mexican state of Sonora. Shareholders are now waiting with growing anticipation for the next batch of drill results, which is expected to arrive shortly. At the same time, exploration continues without pause: 2 drill rigs remain active, testing a gold-silver mineralized system whose known footprint continues to expand.
That is precisely what makes the current situation so compelling. Gran Pilar is no longer simply a story about expanding the historic Main Zone. Recent exploration success is increasingly shifting attention northward and eastward into parts of the property that, until recently, had seen little or no drilling.
In his latest video update, Tocvan’s Executive Chair, Brodie Sutherland, sums up the core exploration thesis: Over several kilometres, more discoveries, mineralized structures, historic mine workings and geochemical anomalies are continuing to emerge.
The key question is therefore becoming less and less whether additional gold-silver mineralization exists beyond the Main Zone. The more important question is: How large is the overall system really?

KEY TAKEAWAYS FROM THE VIDEO
- Gran Pilar is expanding well beyond the Main Zone. Tocvan is now generating meaningful exploration success across a much larger portion of the project. The Central Structural Corridor, El Mezquite, Bojorquez and the North Block are progressively filling in large areas of the property that until recently had seen little exploration. Why this is important: Every successful discovery outside the Main Zone increases the probability that Gran Pilar is not limited to a single deposit, but forms part of a substantially larger mineralized system. Tocvan recognized this potential early and is pursuing the opportunity to develop Gran Pilar into a gold-silver district with multiple potentially mineable deposits, creating the foundation for long-term production growth over many years.
- El Mezquite is becoming one of the strongest arguments for the project’s scale. Drilling there has confirmed broad, near-surface gold mineralization well beyond the Main Zone. Particularly notable is JES-26-155 with 215 m @ 0.6 g/t gold and 3.44 g/t silver, including significantly higher-grade internal intervals. Why this is important: A mineralized interval of this width at a new target several kilometres from the original centre (Main Zone) materially changes the scale at which Gran Pilar may need to be viewed.
- High-grade gold-silver structures are also emerging in close proximity to the planned pilot facility. Exploration east of the pilot facility has identified additional near-surface mineralization with locally very high silver grades. Why this is important: Mineralization close to future infrastructure can carry particular strategic value. If follow-up drilling confirms and expands these zones, they could potentially provide higher-grade material close to the planned processing facility.
- Bojorquez opens another important exploration front. Recent surface work has identified gold-silver-copper mineralization associated with historic mine shafts and hydrothermal breccias. Why this is important: Bojorquez further expands the known hydrothermal footprint and provides another indication that the mineralizing system may be substantially larger than the Main Zone alone.
- The Central Structural Corridor could become increasingly important. Mineralized occurrences are emerging along this corridor in previously underexplored ground between the established southern zones and the newer discoveries farther north. Why this is important: If future drilling repeatedly confirms mineralization along this corridor, it could materially reshape the geological picture of Gran Pilar.
- The North Block remains one of the project’s largest opportunities. The extensive North Alteration Zone hosts widespread alteration, historic workings and high-grade surface samples, yet only a very small portion has been drill tested. Why this is important: Tocvan already knows that the hydrothermal system extends into the North Block. What remains largely unknown is its extent at depth, and that uncertainty represents a significant part of the project’s exploration upside.
- Large areas between the known discoveries remain essentially untested. This may be the most important message conveyed by the map shown in the video. Mineralization has now been demonstrated at several widely separated locations, while large areas between them have never been systematically drilled. Why this is important: Tocvan does not need to prove that all zones form a single, continuous deposit. Several distinct mineralized centres or deposits within the same project could already expand the future resource potential substantially.
- 2 drill rigs remain active. Tocvan continues drilling while assays from already completed holes are still pending. Why this is important: This creates an ongoing pipeline of potential catalysts. New drill results can arrive while additional holes are already being completed behind them.
- Exploration and mine development are progressing in parallel. While Tocvan works to define the true scale of the Gran Pilar system, development of the planned pilot mine facility is advancing at the same time. Why this is important: Tocvan is advancing both exploration and mine development in parallel: Exploration can expand the scale of the project, while the pilot facility is intended to demonstrate how gold and silver can actually be recovered under real operating conditions.
BOTTOM LINE
Tocvan is entering a phase in which new drill results could have implications well beyond short-term market attention.
If the upcoming assays confirm additional broad or high-grade mineralization outside the already known areas, they would further strengthen the case for a gold-silver district at Gran Pilar.
At the same time, the next potential news is already being generated in the background: 2 drill rigs remain active, while the pilot mine continues to take increasingly concrete shape.
That means 3 potential catalysts are currently converging: Ongoing drilling, near-term assay results and continued progress toward pilot production.
For a company at Tocvan’s current stage of development, this creates a particularly compelling setup. If Gran Pilar continues to evolve from a single-project story into a multi-kilometre gold-silver district hosting several mineralized centres and potentially multiple deposits, the market may eventually have to reassess how it views the project.
The key question for shareholders therefore remains more relevant than ever: How big is Gran Pilar really?
The next drill results could soon provide another important part of that answer.

Disclaimer and Forward-Looking Information: Rockstone and Tocvan Ventures Corp. (“Tocvan”; “the Company”) expressly point out that all forward-looking information contained in this report does not represent a guarantee of future results or performance. Actual results may differ materially from those projected. Readers are referred to Tocvan’s public filings, available on SEDAR+ at www.sedarplus.ca, for a more detailed discussion of risk factors and their potential impact. All statements in this report, other than statements of historical fact, constitute forward-looking statements. This report includes expectations, interpretations, projections and assumptions based on information available at the time of writing, including public disclosures by the Company and statements made by its management. Forward-looking statements include, but are not limited to, statements, expectations and assumptions regarding: The interpretation, significance and potential economic relevance of exploration results across the Gran Pilar Gold-Silver Project, including the Main Zone, El Mezquite, Bojorquez, the Central Structural Corridor, the North Alteration Zone and other emerging target areas; the possibility that Gran Pilar represents a substantially larger, multi-kilometre hydrothermal gold-silver system containing multiple mineralized centres and additional polymetallic potential; the possibility that Gran Pilar may ultimately develop into a gold-silver district hosting multiple potentially mineable deposits or mineralized centres capable of supporting long-term production growth; the potential continuation, expansion and extension at depth of known mineralization; the possible geological or structural relationships between currently separate target areas; the possibility that large, presently untested or underexplored areas between known mineralized zones may host additional mineralization; the potential significance of the Central Structural Corridor as a structural or hydrothermal feature linking different parts of the project; the interpretation of El Mezquite as evidence that broad, near-surface mineralization occurs well beyond the historic Main Zone; the possibility that exploration success achieved at El Mezquite or elsewhere may be replicated at Bojorquez, the North Block or other targets; the continuation of geological mapping, rock and soil sampling, geophysical interpretation, target generation and exploration drilling; the continued operation of 2 drill rigs; the timing, receipt, interpretation and potential significance of pending and future assay results; the possibility of a continuing flow of exploration results and corporate updates; additional step-out, expansion, delineation and discovery drilling; the potential definition of one or more mineral resources; the possible preparation of technical and economic studies, including a Preliminary Economic Assessment; the construction, completion, commissioning and operation of the fully permitted pilot mine facility, including the heap-leach pad, liner system, processing facilities and associated infrastructure; the targeted commencement of initial gold-silver production in Q4 2026; the generation of technical, metallurgical, operational and economic data from pilot operations; the potential use of such information in evaluating or supporting future commercial-scale development; the possible strategic importance of mineralization located near planned mine and processing infrastructure; the concurrent advancement of exploration, potential resource growth and pilot-scale production; and future financing initiatives, strategic partnerships, corporate development activities and additional exploration and development programs. Statements in this report regarding the possible scale of Gran Pilar, the interpretation of the project as a district-scale or multi-centre mineralized system, the potential existence of multiple future deposits or mining areas, the possible relationships between the Main Zone, El Mezquite, Bojorquez, the Central Structural Corridor, the North Alteration Zone and other targets, or the potential for long-term production growth represent the author’s interpretation of publicly available Company information as of the publication date. Such statements reflect current expectations, geological interpretations and opinions and should not be interpreted as confirmation that Gran Pilar contains a continuous mineralized system, multiple economically mineable deposits, an economically viable mining district or sufficient mineral resources to support long-term commercial production. Surface rock samples, historic mine workings, geological mapping, alteration zones, geochemical anomalies, geophysical features, structural interpretations and individual or multiple drill intersections do not, individually or collectively, establish the existence of an economically mineable mineral deposit. Surface samples are selective by nature and may not be representative of average grade, continuity, thickness or the economic potential of underlying mineralization. Likewise, drill intersections may not represent true widths and do not establish continuity or economic viability beyond the tested locations. Further drilling and technical work will be required to determine the geometry, continuity, true width, grade distribution, metallurgical characteristics, tonnage and potential economic significance of the various mineralized zones. References in this report to El Mezquite, including the progression from earlier indications of mineralization to broader mineralized drill intersections, are provided as an example of Tocvan’s systematic exploration and follow-up process. The results achieved at El Mezquite do not imply that Bojorquez, the Central Structural Corridor, the North Alteration Zone or any other emerging target will develop in a similar manner. There can be no assurance that currently identified surface anomalies, geological targets or mineralized structures will produce significant drill intersections, that follow-up drilling will demonstrate continuity or scale, or that future discoveries will be comparable in grade, thickness or size to El Mezquite or other previously reported zones. Statements concerning the possibility of Gran Pilar evolving into a gold-silver district with multiple potentially mineable deposits are expressly forward-looking. The identification of several mineralized centres within the same project does not mean that such centres will become separate mineral resources, mineral reserves or economically mineable deposits. Whether any individual zone can ultimately be defined as a mineral resource, converted into a mineral reserve or incorporated into a future mine plan will depend on, among other factors, additional drilling, geological interpretation, metallurgical testing, technical and economic studies, permitting, infrastructure, financing, commodity prices, operating costs and other project-specific conditions. Statements relating to the continued operation of 2 drill rigs, the anticipated receipt of additional assay results in the near term, an ongoing pipeline of drill results, further discoveries, expansion of known mineralization, potential resource growth or the advancement of additional target areas are based on current Company disclosures, exploration plans and management expectations. Drill programs may be modified, delayed, reduced, suspended or discontinued as a result of technical, geological, logistical, financial, regulatory, personnel, equipment, laboratory, weather, access or other factors. The timing of assay results is dependent on drilling progress, sample preparation, laboratory capacity, quality-control procedures and other factors outside the Company’s direct control. Pending and future assay results may differ materially from expectations and may not support current geological models, confirm interpreted structures, demonstrate continuity or expand known mineralization. Statements regarding the interpretation that large areas between known discoveries remain prospective are also forward-looking. The presence of mineralization at widely separated locations does not establish that the intervening areas are mineralized or that separate zones are geologically connected. Gran Pilar does not need to consist of one continuous deposit in order to host multiple mineralized centres; however, there can be no assurance that additional centres will be discovered, that existing centres will reach sufficient size or grade to be considered mineral resources, or that multiple economically mineable deposits will ultimately be defined. Statements regarding the pilot mine facility, including completion of the heap-leach area, installation of liner systems, completion and integration of processing equipment, commissioning, processing of mineralized material and the targeted commencement of initial production in Q4 2026, are forward-looking. Although the pilot facility is reported by the Company to be fully permitted and construction has advanced materially, there can be no assurance that construction will be completed according to the current schedule, that commissioning will be successful, that first production will occur in Q4 2026 or at all, or that the facility will achieve anticipated throughput, grades, metallurgical recoveries, reagent consumption, operating costs or other technical and economic parameters. Past bulk-sample results and metallurgical test work may not be representative of future pilot-scale or commercial-scale operating conditions. Pilot-scale production should not be interpreted as evidence of commercial-scale economic viability and does not replace a mineral resource estimate, mineral reserve estimate, Preliminary Economic Assessment, Pre-Feasibility Study or Feasibility Study. A successful pilot operation would not, by itself, establish that a future commercial mine can be economically developed or operated. Statements regarding Tocvan’s potential transition from explorer toward producer, the simultaneous advancement of exploration and mine development, or the potential strategic benefits of advancing both activities in parallel are forward-looking. Such a transition is dependent on successful exploration, technical and metallurgical performance, financing, construction, permitting, infrastructure, market conditions and other factors. There can be no assurance that pilot-scale production will lead to commercial-scale production, that exploration will continue to expand the project at the same time, or that either activity will result in economic returns. There are currently no mineral reserves defined for the Gran Pilar Project and, unless otherwise disclosed by the Company, no completed maiden mineral resource estimate. Surface sampling, geophysical anomalies, historic workings and drill intersections do not constitute mineral resources or mineral reserves. A single surface sample, geochemical anomaly, drill hole, mineralized interval or target area, regardless of grade, apparent scale or geological setting, is insufficient to establish continuity, geometry, tonnage, metallurgical performance or economic viability. There can be no assurance that further exploration will define economically recoverable mineral resources or ultimately support commercial mining operations. Forward-looking statements are subject to numerous known and unknown risks and uncertainties that could cause actual results to differ materially from those expressed or implied. These include, but are not limited to: the speculative nature of mineral exploration and development; geological, structural, sampling, geochemical, geophysical and metallurgical uncertainties; uncertainty regarding the continuity, true width, orientation, depth extent, grade distribution and lateral extent of mineralization; the selective and potentially non-representative nature of surface sampling; the possibility that surface anomalies, historic workings, alteration features, structural corridors or geophysical targets may not correspond to significant subsurface mineralization; the possibility that mineralized zones interpreted as part of a broader hydrothermal system may not be physically or economically connected; the possibility that multiple mineralized centres may not develop into multiple mineral resources or economically mineable deposits; risks associated with exploration, drilling, target generation, resource estimation and economic studies; the possibility that pending assay results, additional drilling or future technical work may not support current interpretations or expectations; the possibility that Bojorquez, the Central Structural Corridor, the North Block or other emerging targets may not produce results comparable to El Mezquite or other previously reported discoveries; risks relating to drilling productivity, equipment availability, laboratory turnaround times and exploration costs; risks relating to the construction, liner installation, commissioning, operation and performance of the pilot mine and associated processing infrastructure; uncertainties regarding metallurgical recoveries, ore characteristics, reagent consumption, throughput, operating costs and the ability of pilot-scale results to support future commercial development; delays or cost increases relating to construction, contractors, laboratories, equipment deliveries, permitting, environmental compliance, infrastructure, land access, water supply, power availability, community relations or regulatory approvals; financing and liquidity risks; future shareholder dilution; fluctuations in gold, silver and copper prices, exchange rates, energy prices, labour costs, operating costs and capital costs; capital-market conditions; political, legal, regulatory, taxation, environmental, security and social risks associated with operating in Mexico; and other risks beyond the Company’s control. Assumptions made by management or interpretations made by the author may subsequently prove to be incomplete, overly optimistic or incorrect. Newly identified targets may diminish in significance as exploration advances; pending or future drill results may be weaker than expected; geological models may be revised; interpreted relationships between mineralized areas may not be confirmed; mineralized zones may prove smaller, lower-grade, less continuous or more metallurgically complex than currently anticipated; future resources, if defined, may be smaller than expected; multiple mineralized centres may not result in multiple economically mineable deposits; pilot-scale metallurgical performance may not translate to commercial-scale conditions; and timelines for drilling, assay reporting, resource definition, construction, commissioning, pilot production or potential commercial development may be materially delayed. Any references in this report to Gran Pilar’s district-scale potential, multi-kilometre mineralized footprint, multiple mineralized centres, multiple potential deposits, long-term production growth, near-term assay catalysts, continued drilling with 2 rigs, the advancement of the pilot mine, the transition from explorer toward producer, future resource growth, production, project expansion, project value, market re-rating or similar expressions represent the opinions, expectations and interpretations of the author based on publicly available information at the time of publication. Such statements should not be interpreted as confirmation of a mineral resource, mineral reserve, economically mineable deposit, future mine, commercial production, economic viability, financing, profitability, share-price appreciation or investment returns. Forward-looking statements are inherently subject to significant risks and uncertainties and there can be no assurance that such statements will prove to be accurate. Assumptions made by management or interpretations made by the author may prove to be incomplete, overly optimistic or incorrect. Actual results, exploration outcomes, construction progress, production timelines, economic conditions and future events may differ materially from those expressed or implied in this report.
